Production

Most orders are sent out within one to three business days from the date of which the order was placed.

For Yantra painting by Sacred Mother Arts please allow one to two weeks for delivery since the art is commissioned upon order.

Changes To Orders

All orders are processed 24 hours from the time they are placed. For order change requests, send an email to customerservice@apsari.com. Past 24 hours, request for order changes cannot be guaranteed.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email customerservice@apsari.com within 24 hours after placing the order.

We accept Visa & MasterCard.

Shipping

We ship all of our products through USPS or UPS or Fedex. We offer free shipping on orders of $150 or more.

Returns and Exchanges

We encourage our customers to check the order before placing it. Returns and exchanges can only be made if the incorrect product was sent, size color discrepancies or if the product is defective. All items must be returned in its original form and in original packaging for a full refund less the shipping. The invoice in your order will have the address and instructions of where to return your item.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days from shipment date. Custom items cannot be returned or exchanged.
